The key components such as drive keys, locking recesses are made of high strength and wear-resistant materials with special heat-treatment that would help to improve the life of these parts. The internal drive keys are made of high strength and wear-resistant steel plate. These welded components also undergo special heat treatments. It not only improves the drive keys wear resistant properties, but also the welding properties.

    Interlocking Kelly bars are used with piling rigs for drilling in dense sand and gravel and weak to strong rock. The Interlocking Kelly bars manufactured by KR can be fully locked by mechanical locking system on each section. Kelly bars can be equipped with specially designed springs or pressure plates for shock absorbing purpose.

    3rd-5th pipe Materials: Q345B undergone quenched-tempered heat treatment;
